Newsweek also featured Friendship Village of Bloomington in a 2023 article discussing the rising trend of seniors choosing CCRCs over other alternatives in the U.S. According to Newsweek, “the number of CCRCs has doubled in the past decade to well over 2,000”—a number that continues to grow.
